Dr. Femi Oladele is a Public Policy Enthusiast, Business Advisor, Knowledge and Learning Consultant, and Certified Financial Literacy Trainer. He holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from Bowen University, Iwo, Nigeria, where he graduated with First Class honours in his undergraduate degree.

His doctoral thesis was recognised with the 2021 Emerald & HETL Outstanding Doctoral Research Award (Highly Commended Prize) — a testament to the quality and relevance of his work on corporate governance and sustainability reporting in the Nigerian financial sector.

Femi currently serves as Lead Coach at MORE by Meristem, where he designs youth-focused learning platforms for financial literacy and entrepreneurship. He is also the founder of The Educationary Place (tep.ng), an educational advisory outfit committed to reducing incompetence in the education sector.

In 2023/2024, Femi was admitted to the Freiburg Rising Stars Academyat Albert Ludwigs University, Germany, where he researched the intersection of political patronage, cash transfer targeting strategies, and basic income propositions under the supervision of Professor Dr. Bernhard Neumärker at FRIBIS.

He is a 2025 Fellow of the Emerging Political Leaders Fellowship (EPLF), deepening his understanding of Nigerian politics for positive economic impact. Femi is primarily motivated by two societal ills — poverty and illiteracy — and is committed to ending both through research, advocacy, and outreach.
